| INGREDIENTS: |

| One pizza crust – ready made or homemade |

| 8 oz. pizza sauce |
 |
| 1/4 cup Captain Spongefoot Original Sauce |
 |
| 1 cup chicken |
 |
| 6 oz. mozzarella cheese |
 |
| Black olive slices |
 |
| Blue cheese crumbles |
|
|

| DIRECTIONS |

| 1. Preheat oven according to your crust directions |
 |
| 2. Coat the pre-cooked chicken pieces with 1/8 cup Captain Spongefoot Original Sauce. |
 |
| 3. Substitute 1/4 cup (by volume) of your regular pizza sauce with Captain Spongefoot’s Original Sauce and blend in small bowl. |
 |
| 4. Top the pizza crust or shell with the sauce mixture adding a layer of mozzarella cheese, precooked marinated chicken, black olives and a few blue cheese crumbles. |

| 5. Bake on top rack in pre-heated oven as usual. Cooking time generally 12 – 22 minutes. If using fresh/uncooked chicken sauté the cubed breast meat on medium heat in a heavy skillet until it begins to cook through. Remove and sauce pieces in 1/8 cup Original Sauce stirring to coat chicken pieces. Top pizza with chicken and bake according to pizza crust instructions. |
