| DIRECTIONS |

| 1. Prepare the hollandaise mix according to directions. |

| 2. Top your eggs, grilled asparagus, etc. with the hollandaise as usual. |

| 3. Swirl in or drizzle (do not mix) - 1 teaspoon of Chipotle Sauce per serving atop the hollandaise. |
